Fifty Years of Extensive Travel in France

Each year the French Tourism Board invites a select group of travel advisors to join Project Managers from major tour operators and cruiselines who specialize in France. I have been invited since 2021 and attended since 2022. We’re there to explore small towns not yet on your radar; meet chateaux owners, winemakers, Michelin chefs – to discover the best France has to offer for your trips.

My first trip to France was when I was 15, and I have been going regularly ever since. France is truly my home away from home.

Each trip, I focus on and travel extensively in a different region.

Having lived with and maintained strong contacts with a French family, I know the customs and tips that can enhance any trip to France.

From Paris’ best neighborhoods for your style of travel; restaurants, museums, wine bars and off the beaten track locations; to Bordeaux, Burgundy, Normandy, the Cote Basque and Provence, I can plan an amazing trip in France for you and prepare you with as much or as little area information as you desire.

Further off the beaten track, you may explore the Languedoc region with its medieval hilltop fortresses and spectacular Canal du Midi. Or the fascinating caves and villages of the Dordogne.

The wine regions of France are also a specialty. The world’s best Champagne houses; the left and right bank of the Garonne; the Gold Coast of Burgundy and Chablis; or Chateauneuf de Pape. The under-rated but fabulous Loire Valley and Languedoc. I can suggest itineraries that enable you to taste the best wines and foods of top producing wine regions.

Chateau stays and buyouts can also be arranged throughout France. Imagine spending a magical night at Versailles or Cheverny.
